Teasing out function achieves maximum utilization of the material by stock by creating a windrow that is both more accessible and ‘softer’ (thus more palatable) to stock (as opposed to hay clumps or ‘hay biscuits’ which reduce access and result in greater wastage through trampling). ‘Teasing out’ function allows Feedmax 2 to be additionally used for teasing out bales with excessive moisture content for re-baling (PTO Drive model recommended for this purpose)
